Liberis is the business friendly finance company that believes in helping UK small businesses be successful. Liberis business friendly policy includes things like:no penalty charges, no late fees and fixed monthly payments. This means a business owner can concentrate on running a successful business, rather than all the other nonsense. Liberis’s business cash advance product was built entirely around the needs of small businesses – making sure that a business’s payments are always in line with its cash flow.

What is the process to receive funding?
Once the application is complete, Liberis will provide the applicant with a funding quote, often within the same day. The applicant must also agree upon a one-time fee for taking the business cash advance.
“I started making a profit almost immediately and I didn’t even notice the payback coming off my takings at the end of the month. It was completely effortless, because the payback fitted with my cash flow.” Emma Doggett | The Health and Beauty Rooms
Does Liberis run a credit check?
Liberis may run a credit check on the applicant, and may obtain other information from trade reference, mortgagors, or landlords, only with the applicant’s consent.
Do I have to provide security or a guarantee?
Liberis does not require any security or collateral for a loan to be issued. Liberis will ask, however, for a personal guarantee if the applicant is the director of a limited company.
Are there fees involved?
There are no fees associated with applying for the business cash advance. There is a one-time fee for the applicant upon accepting the advance, which must be agreed upon beforehand.
What are the loan rates?
There are no interest rates associated with the loan. Instead, the business pledges to payback the loan as an agreed percentage of future earnings over a designated period of time. The amount ultimately paid will depend on the individual business, and Liberis may advance up to one month of a business’s sales.
What documentation do I need to provide?
To begin, the business may provide fully detailed information about the company’s card transactions, as well as other info about the business’s time in operation.
How long will it take for money to get into my account?
Upon approval, a Liberis representative can provide the applicant with an offer immediately, and can even send the applicant funds on the same day.
What happens in the case of a default?
If the applicant can’t pay back the advance, Liberis will work with the business to find a solution to the issue. Of course, as long as the business is trading and receiving payments, it will have funds to send to Liberis as repayment.
Is Liberis regulated?
Because Liberis provides business cash advances, it is not currently a regulated company.
